Washington, D.C. – According to The Seniors Center’s latest national survey, only 17% of respondents trust Congress to protect Social Security, and just 10% believe lawmakers are honoring the promises of Social Security and the benefits they’ve earned.
There’s a clear crisis of confidence. Congress needs to take bold action to restore trust and protect what millions of Americans have paid into for their entire working lives.
The Seniors Center continues to lead the charge in holding lawmakers accountable and protecting earned benefits for all retirees.
