I’m regularly disappointed by the big airlines. They’ve become less friendly to all of their passengers, squeezing us into smaller spaces, treating us like cattle, and making the flying experience less pleasant.
American Airlines is the worst of them. With its uninterested staff and painful customer service. Now, American is giving us another reason to avoid them. In the words of The Points Guy “Flying American Airlines’ newest aircraft is miserable.“
